Gentle and easy to use sleep aid especially for someone who is taking many prescription medications.

This puts me to sleep fast. I like that this doesn’t make me feel groggy when I wake up. The grape flavor is great too.

I just wasn't sure it was helping as much as when I started taking it at the beginning now it seems to not help as much.

Not as good as NyQuil nighttime. Much harder to fall asleep and when it did kick in it didn't last long

It definitely works but I have become dependent on it. It says it's not addicting but I think it depends on how long you use it and how often.

I couldn’t get it to work, I left it on my car battery over night and it didn’t charge at all. There are no included instructions.
