This puts me to sleep fast. I like that this doesn’t make me feel groggy when I wake up. The grape flavor is great too.

This sleeping aid works well. It took my body two nights to adjust to it and then makes me sleep everytime I use it.

Not as good as NyQuil nighttime. Much harder to fall asleep and when it did kick in it didn't last long
