This ZQuil is awesome, I took about half the recommended dosage and was knocked out. I'm a light sleeper and wake up constantly throughout the night , but I did not wake once on this.

i I tried many sleep remedies but the liquid Z quill works the best. gets absorbed fast, if I wake up in the middle the night - a sip and I go right back to sleep

I found that is has a calming effect helping me relax at bedtime. It also helps me with stuffiness associated with my CPAP use. I get a better nights sleep oversll when using it.

I had to stand outside for 20 minutes on a broken leg, waiting for the community bus to come pick me up. It would be nice if there were benches outside the store for those of us who have to wait for a ride.

Does the Job! I went months without sleeping - almost got in two car accidents. So . . . I tried this and it works. I don't feel too groggy - if I do it is not for long.

Price is excellent for this package. I bought the generic version of zquil but it was as effective as the brand product and Walmart has just the right price for it.
