Out of 1-10 I’ll give this a 5 it works somewhat but not as you think it will help nightquil is bad to take every night to help sleep but that works 10x better then zzzquil

my husband takes this to adjust to his work schedule which is graveyard shift. it knocks him out, highly suggest if your looking to get some shut eye.

I will purchase this again. I have chronic insomnia and this is an excellent product. I also like that it is not habit forming and I can use it as needed.

Haven't slept well in many years. Wanted something no habit forming and decided to try this product. Works well, I get more sleep now. Taste is good too. I recommend to anyone who needs a more peaceful sleep.

I’m using this temporarily as I recover from a cough. My doctor recommended it because wasn’t getting sleep and it was really affecting me. I’m grateful it works so well and knocks me right out.

After months of catnaps for at most an hour at a time I used this and slept for 4 and a half hours straight! It did leave me groggy the next day though so haven't used it again yet. But I will.

Works gently. I have difficulty falling asleep and this has worked every time for me. I gently fall asleep and wake up fresh. Make sure you allow for a full night’s rest or you will have a sleep-hangover. I’ve been using it now for about 3 months.

This begins working in about 20 minutes on me. My husband usually falls asleep so quickly, but I never can. I don't use it unless I need so it has always worked for me.
