This product work. So far I've been able to sleep through the night, whereas I was waking up about 2 or 3 am and couldn't fall back asleep, until about 5am or so.

works great, better then the pills, but unfortunately I cannot take it because it causes some side effects. I take some prescription meds, not sure if it because of this or not. I was really hoping this was my answer.

I will purchase this again. I have chronic insomnia and this is an excellent product. I also like that it is not habit forming and I can use it as needed.

I only use this occasionally, usually when traveling because I do t sleep well away from home. It works well without making me feel groggy in the morning.

I used to use this all the time, and it dis provide some much needed sleep,but it doesn't work as it used to for me. I don't think it's supposed to, but it still helps some.

I found that is has a calming effect helping me relax at bedtime. It also helps me with stuffiness associated with my CPAP use. I get a better nights sleep oversll when using it.

I take only one capful and sleep thru the night. Now my daughter takes ZZZquil when she has to get a good night's sleep. Non-addicting, pleasant taste, and good price. I have tried the generic version, and it just doesn't do the job.
