This stuff right here is amazing. I used to have to be doped up on prescription tranquilizers due to my insomnia. Zquil is all I take for sleep now and I literally rely on it to be able to sleep. I never feel groggy when I wake up.

It’s effective for sleep. I don’t notice a dependency. You will need to take 6 to 8 hours before waking, otherwise the drowsiness will be difficult to overcome

i I tried many sleep remedies but the liquid Z quill works the best. gets absorbed fast, if I wake up in the middle the night - a sip and I go right back to sleep
