great taste, easier to use than the foil packed caplets and seems to work faster too but the cap sucks so l cut the tabs off and transfer it to each new bottle

Out of 1-10 I’ll give this a 5 it works somewhat but not as you think it will help nightquil is bad to take every night to help sleep but that works 10x better then zzzquil

I am 67 female nights are difficult to fall asleep this helps to fall asleep and not wake up droggy I used this when I was working, now retired recommend this.

I use this when end of day is stressful and just want to sleep without the full strength of regular NyQuil.. it tastes so good I could drink the whole bottle but of course I do not. Only the recommended amount or less

After months of catnaps for at most an hour at a time I used this and slept for 4 and a half hours straight! It did leave me groggy the next day though so haven't used it again yet. But I will.

I originally bought the product for my elderly dad who was dealing with some insomnia. In the beginning of use it seemed to work well for him, but as of late, it’s not as effective. He still uses it but with other sleep products or medication.
