Fast asleep, not groggy!

Works SUPER well! Always puts me right to sleep and never feel groggy the next day. Definitely recommend to avoid sleepless nights!

Garbage

Complete garbage- if there were 0 stars I would give it that. Never did help get drowsy or fall asleep. Get Unisom 50mg tabs- they actually WORK.

I take it one nigh

I take it one night half cup and I woke up at 1 am and now all the day I woke up at 1 am even I don’t take it . I don’t know what to do.

Since I have been sick my sleep has been hard to get. This is used to get to sleep and doesn't affect my medications.

ZzzQuil works for me

ZzzQuil sleep aid works for me every time. Only takes a few minutes for it to work and I get a good night's sleep and wake up feeling rested.

Best for Insomnia for me

Sometimes I have trouble getting to sleep or getting back to sleep. This tastes great and really works. I do not wake up groggy.
