I really wanted this to work, me and one other person tried it together. We did sleep, but it made us feel weird. I personally got blurred vision and felt really off. I couldn't fall asleep for a while because I felt so weird. But when I did sleep I can say that I had no problems there I slept like normal. Maybe it is just me, maybe it is not right for me. But it is worth at least trying it if you really have trouble falling asleep, because you never know it might work perfectly for you. But I wanted to leave an honest review. Just didn't work for me.

I have been using this product for almost a year. I have been under a lot of long-term stress and needed something to help me sleep, but didn't want to use prescription medication, especially something addicting or something that made me groggy the next morning. This product works great for me. I do not like the Berry flavor, but I am not a fan of sweet tastes. The dose feels like a lot to me (it's a liquid just like Nyquil) but it's fairly mild. It takes about 30 minutes to work. The best thing is that I am not groggy when I awake. The downside is that the effect does not last for more than about 4 hours. So if you have trouble falling asleep, I would recommend this product. I have also gotten the store brands of this product with the same result.
