I appreciate that the box includes both daytime and nighttime medicine. Because I know that for me personally, when I am sick with a bad cold or the flu, I tend to feel worse during the night. By taking the NyQuil around 7PM, I found relief from aches and pains brought on by the flu. I was able to relax and fall asleep, and I slept through the night. I took DayQuil at the first indication I was coming down with the flu. The acetaminophen brought my temperature down.I did not experience aches and pains I was able to go on with my day taking care of my family.
