It's a "oommodity"-quality magnesium supplement, which is all most users need; I'm satisfied with it. Very good price-per-serving.

these pills are HUGE. Very hard to swallow. My first attempt to take 1 of these pills, I couldn't get it to go down my throat because of it's size. i Basically choked and coughed it back out. I returned them. That's just too much pill to swallow.

I have used this brand of magnesium for years. It has never had a smell of any sort. Just opened a new bottle and about gagged from the smell. I will be returning and switching brands immediately. Awful.

Magnesium Oxide is almost entirely unabsorbed by the body rendering this product worthless. This will provide a great laxative effect which basically means you’re flushing your money. Buy Magnesium Citrate or Sams sells Glycinate which is optimal.
