[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While not a guy that typically has trouble in the bathroom, I’ve found these probiotics have kept me regular, which is great for me as a guy who is often in the car and away from a homebase bathroom. They don’t have an over strong taste or smell, which I’ve noticed with many other probiotics, and they explicitly say they are to be kept at room temperature, which again is great for my traveling lifestyle. Too they are smaller than any of the probiotics I’ve used in the past, which makes for easy swallowing. It did take me a few days for my body to get used to it (I was a bit loose for a day or two), but after that initial minor side effect, everything is normal. I feel less bloated, and less gassy, which everyone at my house appreciates. Great product, will continue to use!

I've tried pills, drinks, natural products, but with this I noticed a difference after a few days. I would recommend and I will be purchasing them once I run out. I did receive these as a complimentary sample for reviewing purposes. While I haven’t been taking them for a super long time, I have been consistently taking 1/day for about two weeks and have noticed mild positive results. I will continue taking them daily for the next two weeks and re-evaluate efficacy to determine if I will continue to use the probiotic supplements long term.

I have been using this product for over a year now, i had stomach pain,nausea, and throwing up for over 2 months,nothing the doctors gave me worked,so i took it upon myself to try and heal myself,when i saw this product advertised on tv,i decided to try it. It’s can be hard to tell how effective a product like this is after 1 month but I’m a big fan of probiotics in general and would recommend this as an option.
