I can say that since then, I have experienced a positive change with my digestive system. Now I have no more suffering from blockage and acid reflux. My skin also seems to be clearing up a bit also. My Stop & Shop advertised Phillips Colon Health and I decided to give it a try. I have irritable bowel syndrome & this worked well. I am impressed! I have tried other probiotics in the past, but like this one because it did not need to be refrigerated (I travel overseas & this is very convenient).
