I suffer with mild stomach issues that cause diarrhea, upset stomach, and indigestion. After taking this product for a few weeks, I have noticed my symptoms are not as frequent and I'm feeling better overall. I take one pill each morning with all my other pills. The pills are easy to take and don't leave a bad aftertaste. They are gentle on my stomach and haven't caused any irritation so far. I think this product is helpful for anyone suffering with stomach and digestive issues.

They have recently changed the formula. I was happily taking the old formula every day and had great results with my digestive system. Now there are a lot more ingredients in it that I do not trust. I will try to purchase as much of the old formula as I can before they disappear from the shelves, then will have to find another brand. Sigh.

My "movements" have been the same and can't really say they've helped or hindered. Maybe a slight reduction in passing gas? Otherwise, the packaging is attractive and descriptive and the pills are easy to swallow and easy to add to a daily routine if needed.

And I didn’t notice any improvement in my symptoms whatsoever. I’m not surprised. With what I know about probiotics, this doesn’t seem to be a product that was designed to preserve the bacteria and release at the correct part of the digestive system to be effective.
