I've always had digestion/bowel issues. If I don't take a probiotic and eat plenty of vegetables, I am constipated. Taking these probiotics have helped me, especially on those days when I don't get as many vegetables as I should, so I am still able to have a bm regularly.

I have been using this product for years now. I know it works because there are times I forget to take it, not many though cause of what my body does when I don't take it. I have IBS, and a very sensitive stomach on top of that. When I take it i have normal BMs. When I forget, well, let just say I regret forgetting a pill. I love this product so much!

I bought Phillips' colon health probiotic about a month ago after taken a Antibotic for a uti which has giving me c diff yay..... :( I am now on more antibotic for that about a month after that one and my digestive system is so messed up.
