Best buy date 01-2027 , Gross , I found floating black swirls of who know what in my bottle of total care . I had used half the bottle before my son noticed the floaters . Who knows what chemical make up this might be . Totally lost any faith in Listerine and will inspect any bottle of any brand from now on . Noticed I had been getting dizzy for about a month now , I hope it's not from this product .

I used traditional listerine every day for most of my life and decided to switch it up with the Total Care option. The 6-1 offering seemed good to me, but I found that it leaves a strange film in my mouth and leaves my mouth feeling unfresh. I will be switching back to standard listerine.

I've been using Listerine Total Care for about 2 weeks now. However, I noticed my skin from the inside of my cheeks was peeling off. I discontinued use of Listerine and the problem went away next day. I used my normal toothpaste for the next week with no abnormalities. I stopped brushing my teeth for 1 day and used Listerine Total Care - sloughing resumed. I spoke with my dentist who's advised me that SLS in this product causes oral cancer and to stop the use of Listerine at once.

I have used Total Care for a couple of months now (exp 10/2022) and I thought it was great but the lastest bottle I bought (exp 3/2023lot 1121LZ) is horrible. It left my mouth super dry and my teeth dual and dry like I ate caulk. This batch had less of a bite but it doesn’t make up for leaving your mouth and teeth dried out. It also has a much lighter color than the old bottle I had.

I started using this almost a week ago and every morning I wake up with a white stringy substance in my mouth. I'm not realizing that it's dead skin. My mouth is legit peeling. If you look at reviews (which I didn't before buying), it's the same issue across the board. I have no idea why this product is still in production. Don't buy it unless you want a mouthful of skin every morning.

I rrally enjoyed this mouth wash, the fact that is doesnt have the burn like other mouthwashes is great. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and nice. Sometimes i did notice a like... squeeky clean feeling that i didnt love, but overall it was great. It didnt leave a taste in my mouth and it helped to whiten my teeth! All around great!

Regular formula never does this but the alcohol is too strong for my family so we switched to total care. It peels the inside of my mouth. ALOT. So much so that I have to wipe the inside of my mouth after a while to take it all out. So gross. Why is this happening Listerine?

I am so sorry I bought this stuff. The label says 'clean mint' but the taste is horrid - no hint whatsoever of any sort of mint - just a very unpleasant burning chemical taste. It leaves a nasty aftertaste and I end up feeling queasy in the morning if I use it at night - no, I don't drink it. I wish I had kept the bill so I could return it -guess I'm stuck with having wasted five bucks on this awful mouthwash.
