I tried out this brand for a new mouth wash and I do not like it. The flavor has so much alcohol content that it burns my mouth after swishing around for one second. I am going to switch to a different mouthwash brand after this bad experience and always feeling like my mouth is burning.

This mouthwash really makes your teeth feel fully clean to the point where your mouth feels completely stripped of moisture. I don’t doubt the benefits of it and particularly enjoy that the taste is mild and not overpowering but my teeth feel glued to the inside of my mouth after using it and I want to drink to fix this immediately after using which negates much of the point of it. It feels quite frothy when using and I’m not a big fan of the texture of it. I probably wouldn’t try this again and wouldn’t recommend for someone with sensory issues.

This product was strongly recommended by my dentist. I told them I had stopped using fluoride toothpaste due to my teeth becoming sensitive to hot / cold. When I switched to fluoride free, the sensitivities stopped. So when my dentist strongly recommended this product to help my teeth become stronger I tried it. I was told to only use one big bottle, then I can stop. Well my teeth sensitives have come back! Not a happy. I do not recommend if you have sensitive teeth.

A great companion for any oral care routine. A few swishes and your breath is freshened while you continue to fight plaque and cavities. Listerine has added a lot of great flavors now to spice up from their original formula. Mint is my preferred flavor! A great follow up after brushing your teeth.

This is my husband’s favorite. He’s used Listerine for years, but has completely switched to the Total Care because he feels like he gets a better clean, and his mouth is fresher. He’s gotten great dental checkups, so it’s clear that it really does protect his teeth. Definitely worth the price!

Something in this mouth wash burn my entire mouth so bad that when I wake up in the morning after using this product before I go to bed I have a mouthful of skin that has peeled off. I rinse my mouth out with water try again and again major skin peeling.

Total Care from Listerine is a powerful dental mouthwash. This is an antiseptic treatment for healthy teeth and gums. The mouthwash has an intense effect that leaves your mouth feeling refreshingly clean. You will notice the burning sensation when you use this product. I recommend this mouthwash because I know it makes a difference in my dental health.

I love this mouthwash! I won't buy or use anything else. Tastes good and my dentist said that my teeth are almost perfect now since my gums are in better shape since using this product. Definitely should not be swallowed. Burns a little which is expected from the alcohol and hydrogen peroxide in it, but not terribly. Its a great product, no complaints.

It burns because it's working. After a little bit it quits burning. It's supposed to kill germs & fight cavities. How do you think it kills germs & fights cavities if you get no sensation? The new version without alcohol does nothing. It's weak! Which means it's not doing what it's intended to do and it's not worth buying. The alcohol version made my mouth feel very fresh. This Zero alcohol version does absolutely nothing and Total Care was the one with decent taste of any mouthwash on the market! Not everyone is so sensitive that they can't take the burning. I want the burning sensation, that tells me it's working.

I am a big fan of Listerine products and this is one of my favorite mouthwashes by them. My dentist also recommends it for morning and night use. I usually also use it after I eat just to freshen my breath. It definitely does have a burning sensation however it is worth the discomfort.
