Like most products manufacturers produce, the original is the best and most effective product. One problem that I have with the original formula is that it stains my teeth; the whitening version in this line helps with the staining; however, it is not nearly as effective as the original. I'd rather not have to spend extra $$$ for whitening....oh well. Also, you can tell when someone uses the original Listerine, (esp. after immediate use) if they speak or blow their breath in your face....it's noticeable....because it has a....I don't know exactly how to describe it....I guess, I'd call it a funky? medicinal smell. It's not too bad, but definitely noticeable. I think I will try the Listerine naturals.

I use Listerine every day . I think it's the best out there. I have been using it for about 40 years and I have no plans to stop. I won't say it stops all decaying teeth but I will tell you I have a lot less trouble than family and friends around me . I say try it for a couple months ad see! What do you have to lose ?

bought this product 2 weeks ago on my local supermarket. Boy they aren't lying, this product is one hell of a mouthwash. The strongest one i've tried so far. It really get the job done, unlike the other mouthwash i've tried, My teeth has never been cleaner.

I use Listerine Mouthwash daily because it leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. I don't worry about offending others. Not only does my mouth feel clean, but I KNOW that it is clean when I use Listerine. I don't like using sweet tasting mouth washes because I find it to be nauseating. With Listerine, I don't have to worry about that overly sweet taste in my mouth. I get the clean, refreshing feel that I like for achieving good oral health. Thank you, Listerine.

I grew up on the streets as a teenager and always had a small bottle (glass) in those days in my pocket I used it for disinfectant and mouth wash as well cannot brush when living on the streets (-: I use it now every day multiple times. I WAS HAVING A LOT OF DISCONFORT ON MY GUMS AND MY MOUTH WAS HURTING, I STARTED USING LISTERINE TWICE A DAY FOR 30 SECONDS, IN THE MORNING AND IN THE EVENING AND THE RESULTS WERE ALMOST IMMEDIATE. ON THE SECOND DAY, MY MOUTH STOPPED HURTING AND MY GUMS WHICH WERE ALL DARK RED, BECAME A NORMAL TONE AGAIN. SO THANKFULL FOR THIS PRODUCT!!!

I really liked this mouthwash. I was on the hunt for a mouthwash or rinse that didnt burn my mouth although im aware some people like the burn I dont. lol This purple colored anticavity mouthwash has everything you need to maintain healthy teeth and good breath. It also allows me to swish and spit for longer because there is zero alcohol burn in this one.

I am a retired dental field employee of about 37 years. I know a thing or two about dental hygiene and healthy gums. Most people don't understand the importance of keeping your gums maintained and clean. That is where Listerine comes in. I use the original as a mouthwash and at night I add Listerine to my Hydrofloss to flush out any remaining debris that brushing and flossing might miss. Now, my mouth feels really clean and fresh! I know that I have done everything I can do to keep a healthy mouth. Of course, my dentist made my smile beautiful!!

I have been having problems with bad breath for some years off and on for a while. I had been trying everything, even got antibiotic mouthwash from a dental office. That did not help. There is nothing more fresh than having clean breath. No sweet or minty aftertaste; just a clean fresh mouth before you start your day. It does take some time to get use to because it is not a mild mouthwash; but a strong wash that packs a punch to kill the germs, plaque & halitosis in your mouth. Perhaps you never get use to it! Just remember, It will leave your mouth feeling clean, kills the germs and will definitely wake you up in the morning
