Desitin max strength diaper rash cream really works. I use It for diaper rashes and if my son breaks out from his diapers due to his sensitive skin. I put this cream on at the first sign of redness and I know I dont have to worry about the diaper rash getting any worse.

A++++++ My favorite go to diaper rash cream! Works within one diaper change, and also soothes my little one so she is not in any pain. I have used with 3 children because I have continuously been satisfied! The smell is enjoyable as well,  and it is not greasy! 

Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste works wonders and very cheap. I love Desitin maximum strength paste because it has always worked and heals up their diaper rashes quickly. I would absolutely recommend Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste.

When I notice that my son has a diaper rash I automatically grab the Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste and put it on him. I have not seen a rash cream work so fast before. I know that he feels so much better when he has it on and I am very thankful for how fast it works! I love this product!

Baby had a really bad rash after being with her parents used this the week we had her and the rash was almost gone! I don't think I would want to improve it. It is priced right for what it is and does it's job well. I would totally recommend this to other parents

This ointment is a life saver! My daughter has very sensitive skin and if her diaper was on for five minutes after she went she had a rash. This desitin acted as a barrier and as a healer for her sensitive skin. I will definitely be purchasing when I have another kiddo!

This was fine, but it didn't stand out much. I used it because I had a sample that was given to me at a baby shower, and I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it. It isn't the first thing I'd reach for, but it would do in a pinch. I probably wouldn't spend money on it, though.

By far, the best cream I could have ever used for my son, he had a severe diaper rash a couple months ago, I was using the regular one back then until I switched to this maximum strength. His diaper rash improved in 2 days. You really don’t have to use much, a little goes a long way.

Desitin has become a staple in this house! My son got a nasty virus a couple months back that left his bum in a the worst state I had ever seen it. No other cream we tried would work and with the frequent diaper changes they all just kept coming off. Desitin though was what my pediatricians recommended and it worked almost instantly! From the first time we put it on to the next diaper change, there was a significant reduction of redness, swelling and irritation. My little one became less upset and more comfortable and I could finally relax! Now any sign of a rash and we whip that out!
