If you have little babies in daycare this will be one of your best friends. Let’s be honest we always assume that our little ones are going to be changed on time every time, but the teachers have a lot of small ones at a time and sometimes they aren’t checked right away. It spreads easily but can be a little messy so I advise using the diaper, a little bottom spatula, or a Q-tip. The tube doesn’t burst open even after my kids are rough on the diaper bag. I’ve had some brands that will open at the sides. My little ones have never had a reaction to it before so that’s a major plus. All of my babies have super sensitive skin. I highly recommend we keep some at home and daycare.

I love Desitin diaper paste! The texture is very thick but smooth. It’s also super spreadable which makes a little go a long way! It also doesn’t have a harsh chemical smell like some of the other diaper creams i’ve tried. The combination of Desitin with Huggies is my go too! I recommend this paste to first time mommy’s & mommy’s with littles!

We have 2 under 2, and this remains our favorite diaper paste. All of them are good, but this is the best bang for your buck without sacrificing any quality. There’s no diaper rash that can’t be solved by slabbing a bunch of this on with every diaper change. Love the price through Sams! Super messy though so use a butt wand!

This is our favorite product to use for our babies when they have diaper rashes. It is very effective in treatment for baby. The cream has a good texture, is easy to apply, and lasts a long time. I noticed redness starting to fade after just one use, and within a day the skin looked so much better. It doesn’t have an overpowering smell and wipes off fairly easily during diaper changes. Highly recommend!

Since My Sons has been born, he has dealt with extreme diaper rashes. This cream has helped to prevent his diaper rashes from getting extreme or out of control. It’s a decently thick pace that goes on and melts right into the skin. Doesn’t irritate My Sons skin either and he has sensitive skin as it is. The smell is honestly not all that bad compared to other creams !

Going back over 60 years, my mother smeared this on my fair skin face at the beach to form a barrier against the sun's damaging rays. I now use this for my grandson's diaper rash. The pediatrician prescribed some antibiotic that worked rid the rash at first. I now use the Desitin as a barrier to keep any problem from returning. It is working well. The 3-pack is a good economical buy on these larger tubes.

We love desitin! We used it all the way from birth and up with three kids. Our second and third child have very sensitive and dry skin this worked amazing. With the amount we used all the time these tubes hold a lot. We had them stashed everywhere so we would always have some!
