Omg I love this paste, it instantly starts to work when my daughter was in the nicu I seen the nurses was using it to prevent the diaper rash. As my daughter is getting older she has been getting rashes so I remembered the DESITIN from the NICU. It’s a instant relief for my baby girl and it works extremely fast, definitely have not worried about a diaper rash in awhile

This product came highly recommended from my sons NICU nurses. These nurses who have to be so careful with very tiny babies who are born before all of their skin layers are completed. Worked good on my middle child, he would get a bad rash from certain diaper and I would apply this and the next diaper change I did notice a little difference and he was also in less pain than before i applied it to his skin! I recommend it this for sure!

Works well on diaper rashes. Resolves the rash much quicker than many other brands of diaper rash creams. A little bit goes a long way as well. This product is thick so you'll need to use a glove or a wet wipe to remove the remaining cream from your hands. Affordable and available at most retailers.
