I like to use this cream as a preventative measure to make sure my son doesnt have a diaper rash! It works well at preventing rashes and keeps him fresh. We are happy with the product and recommend it to all. Thank you Desitin for this great product!

My son has severe sensitive skin and gets diaper rashes all the time. His pediatrician recommended me to use a brand that had 40% zinc to help prevent diaper rashes. This diaper cream has exactly that. I use this product every single time I change my sons diaper and since we go through a lot and children cost a lot buying this bigger size container saves me a lot of time of going to the store so much to buy more. I am way over satisfied with this product.

When my son was still in diapers he had a few days of very sensitive skin due to diaper rash and we bought this to help heal his skin and rid him of the rash. This did wonderful with both! Not long after using this his skin looked significantly better. Definitely a great buy.

My daughter was only in the nicu for a week but came home with bad diaper rash and prescription butt paste. I prefer desitin 100x more than the diaper rash cream in the red and yellow tubes or really anything labeled butt paste instead of cream. I like the texture it goes on smooth, gets the job done, isn’t a weird pinkish color like the other one, and doesn’t smell quite as odd as the other one either. It gets the job done

A must have for moms. Be prepared for the dispute rashes. Especially during the phase of introducing foods. I don't know why but both my kids broke it any time they had apples and this cleared their little butt right up! Worth the money. Well made product.

If you have a baby or having a baby anytime soon, this stuff is a must have! I have tried a lot of diaper rash creams but this is the one. Absolutely love this product. MY daughter had a very bad rash when she’s was a month old and compared to any other rash cream, this one helped the best and within a couple days her rash was completely gone. Will continue using this on her and nothing else.

This stuff works! At the first sign of a diaper rash, clean the skin, dab it dry, and apply a thick coat of this. By the next diaper change, the skin is clear again. Every single time, it's amazing. Even the blue one (lower percentage of zinc oxide) works really well, but this purple one is even better. This stuff lasts a long time too.

So glad my daughter is able to use this product. This is the very first butt cream I ever tried, that was 17 years ago and my love of this product has not went anywhere. I have recommended this product to my younger sisters and they thanked me and are still using it.

This is my favorite diaper area cream by far. Its smooth and creamy. It works. It helps heals and really does protect the skin from wet/dampness. I preferred this over the ointment kinds, just because it seemed to soothe better and was easier to put on the baby.
