This stuff has been a life saver in my house. I’ve been using this since we were in the hospital with him and he’s has never once had diaper rash. It does tend to dry and ball up a bit and it’s VERY thick so a very little amount goes a LONG way.

The Desitin Maximum Strenght zinc oxide paste is one of my favorites when it comes to healing diaper rashes. It gets the job done almost immediately and soothes rashes to make baby feel more comfortable instantly. I have only good things to say about this butt paste.

Never failed! If my little one got a bad diaper rash, (usually sore from stool depending on food) this was the quickest fix! It immediately relieved her pain and began working on healing and repairing that skin. This is the absolute go to when your baby is prone to rashes from certain foods or around the time of teething!

This is a miracle in a tube! If your baby has acidic poops, this is the stuff you want. It does exactly what it's supposed to, no cons. I love love love this stuff. It's more costly than the day to day stuff because you don't need it as often. It's definitely worth the price! 

Its a good thick cream that just is so awesome. A little goes a long way. Its good, I feel it is cooling to the diaper rashes and my baby seemed to calm down a little after putting it on. Its a good price for such a good product and we keep this in every room in the house for the baby.

Super great. It's just so easy to apply. It works fast but the cream makes a white mess and it's difficult to take off. But I don't care it works. I have used it with my 3 kids and it has never fail me. Works for adults to, one day I got a rash with my pants and used it, know it's my cream and my kids to.

Desitin is one of those products that withstands the test of time. It heals quickly, but it is messy. It's not easy to put on your child when they are moving a lot. It lasts a long time and you really only need to buy one tube a year, so it isn't expensive for what it does. 

The new formula for desitin is not good. The maximum strength broke my daughter out into a severe diaper rash. They need to go back to the old formula that works great. Five stars for the old formula and one star for the new. Don't fix something that is working.

Whenever my baby has a diaper rash, I would apply this on the inflamed area and the next diaper change there was a significant change. It’s a thick, smooth paste that covers well and stays on the skin. It’s helped even the worst diaper rash the next day the rash would be mostly gone. I highly recommend this product !

This stuff works almost instantly. Usually after 2-3 hours it’s already making a big difference and eliminates a majority of the rash. I normally try to get the extra strength one for my 3 year old. We used to keep a tube at home and one in the diaper bag.
