I like the Desitin extra strength when my baby had really bad rash it's been really great it is a bit expensive but it helps a lot usually within one or two changes it is cleared up it always meets my expectations and exceeds them I always recommend this product to all of my friends who are expecting or have babies

Works every time I've ever used it. Me personally I like the thick paste which is what the original is because once you put it on you do not have to keep reapplying it after every diaper change. It sticks and heals and doesn't let any pee near the skin.

I recommend this Maximum Strength Diaper Rash Cream. It never disappointed me. When my son was a baby I would apply it with every diaper change to prevent any rash, and whenever he did get a rash because I forgot to apply it or something like that, I would just apply a very thick layer of Desitin and the next day he would be a lot better, sometimes like he didn’t have a rash at all. I wouldn’t leave the house without desitin in the diaper bag. Now he is older, 2 years old. I don’t use it every day, but if he does get a rash, I immediately resort to Desitin, and the problem is solved!

I get this one in the tube, my son wouldn’t get diaper rashes often but his pediatrician said the purple one is better than the blue one. So we would get the purple on in the tube because it’s easier to apply than the tube. It does have a weird scent but we don’t mind. As long as it’s doing what it needs to do.
