The maximum strength Desitin paste is by far the BEST butt paste ever. It keeps those daily breakouts to a minimum and when we have a real bad rash, this is the only thing that helps. We keep several bottles in stock and the daycare uses ONLY this because it works so well for them too. 

This is the product I continually use on my 18 month old daughter. She is sensitive with diapers and gets a rash frequently. I use the destin and it clears her rash very quickly. The cream is very thick and the smell isn’t terrible. Overall great product and affordable.

This product deserves more than a 5 star rating. This was my sons lifesaver when he had a terrible diaper rash. You don’t get a lot for your moneys worth but who cares. This is the best thing you can use to relief a diaper rash. Definitely a must have in your diaper bag.

This product did absolute wonders for my daughter! When she got diaper rash or even got red it would be a matter of hours and it would be a nasty rash! We got this stuff to try and I’ll never use anything else again! After using it, by the next change it would look miraculously better!

Seriously, don't waste your money on anything else! I bought a lot of different brands before I had my kids (in preparation), but this stuff is the absolute best. It will nip that diaper rash in the bud, it's a miracle cream. Diaper rash is not something you want to take your time with because your little ones bum will make them scream in pain. So buy this and use it right when you notice redness! 

My new baby boy had started getting a rash before we left the hospital (we were there for 4 days) so the hospital give us this to use for him and it cleared him up fast. Never seem to hurt him or anything when we put it on and thankfully the rash was short lived but yes, we were very happy with this.

I've diapered 3 kids over 7 years...and counting! Hands down the Desitin Extra Strength is the best diaper rash ointment. We've used the regular strength, but for the same price it makes more sense to get the extra strength. Clears up any redness overnight!
