Does a great job on diaper rash

#Desitin Diaper cream is amazing at creating a thick protective barrier for my diaper. As opposed to just treating rashes this cream is great for ensuring my diaper stays nice and isn't too much of an issues after any accidents both wet and messes. The cream is thick and has an oddly pleasant smell it's a little medicinal and I can understand why some don't like the scent. After applying just know it is difficult to take off of hands and fingers.

We don't use this daily but instead use it as a spot treatment when diaper rash flares up. It's a good ointment that is thick and stays put. Helps heal my girls bum quickly!

I know that usually diaper rash cream should be applied liberally, but I feel like a little goes a long way with this one. It did go on pretty smooth even though it's quite thick. If you're having a hard time washing it off, I recommend a little warmed unrefined organic coconut oil or olive oil. It will dissolve and dilute the ointment and make it easier to wash off with soap and water.

This is the best diaper cream for the cheapest price. Itll heal up rashes so quick and keep the area dry. Ive never bought anything different for my kids.

I was a treatment nurse and a lot of patients the dr recommend this and it worked great on our incontinent patients! I even used it on my granddaughters when babies. It worked for redness within a day sometimes. It's a great product I would recommend everyone try it

This has been my go to when both of my girls butts were very red. The cream is nice and thick, stays on well and let's my baby's butt heal well. I always keep some of these packets with me just incase.

Don't like the fragrance but the paste does go on thick and stays on between diaper changes so less product is needed to get an effective use

Works really well for diaper rashs and as a skin protectant!
