Has always worked when needed.  Good product for the price.  Not my go to brand of diaper rash cream, but would recommend for the price.

Desatin is a go to in my house. Little butt rashes are no good and this product really heals it. I recommend this product

Not a huge fan of desitin, but I do prefer the purple tube over the blue. It gets the job done when I'm in a pinch or nothing else seems to help.
