Desitin always works great on getting rid of diaper rash and protecting for the next on the horizon. Only thing wrong is it does not smell very good.

This is the only diaper rash ointment I use. It clears rashes the same day or next day. I absolutely cant live without this.

Works good to keep a diaper rash away, but doesnt work that well if there is already a diaper rash. I will continue to use to keep any rashed away!
