This cream, I really love it. It's very good it fulfills it's function instantly. My baby had rubbed super ugly, he even saw his skin burned and in just 2 days he was healthy using this cream . I changed his diapers constantly and washed the area after drying it and applied the cream. I recommend it and a guy uses the blue one for daily use and the purple one is stronger so use it when your baby has stronger chafing.
