I've always used this product on my son for his diaper rashes. It works great! I would highly recommend.

Seems to work fine for our daughter but she hasn't really had too many cases of diaper rash. It's pretty gentle on her tush

This diaper cream is amazing! It clears up every rash that my baby has ever had no matter how bad! Only issue is how badly it smells.

I think this product is great ive always used it on both my children. I think it works the same as other name brands but for a more affordable price.

I used desitine for a diaper rash when it Hurts in the bum area from going so much. But I switch off and on from the powder and desitine

My all time favorite diaper rash cream. I have 3 daughters and ive tried all different kinds. None have worked as good as this one
