Works great to heal diaper rash quickly! It can be a little messy, but works great with the butt spatula! Doesn’t stink, or stain clothes.

We usually use coconut oil for the bum area but when she does get a rash we always use this and it clears it right up

Anytime my sons bottom starts to get slightly red I immediately use desitin. It’s thick and really helps with skin irritation.

Desitin is by far the best cream I have found. My kids when they got rashes we're really bad and this was the only thing that would clear it up fast.
