Absolutely the best cream for babies on the market (my opinion) works super well. Wouldn't change anything about it. Definitely recommend

I tried the regular destin, but this stuff works better. My daughter would get terrible rashes and this is the only thing that would help her.

Its great when your baby has a bad rash. Its helps to clear it up and my baby doesn't mind it. I use it all the time after a poopy.

To get rid of diaper rash you really need to use desitin. If you use it during three diaper changes the rash will be gone by the end of the night.
