I loved this, helped my sons rash very quickly. It doesn't really have a smell, it is a thick consistency and worked really well.

This is the only thing that works on my kids when they have a rash happen. It soothes the area almost instantly

Desitin Max strength is good. There aren't a lot of zinc products that do the job as well as Desitin. I recommend max strength.

This has worked on all 3 of my children! Highly Recommend it is thick and keeps the moisture out when applied
