I've use this rash cream on my daughter since she was born,  if she gets any redness I put some on & the redness is gone within hours.  

My baby had a small diaper rash for a while and desitin helped clear that up quickly. It isn't too goopy and helps protect the area really well.

Kinda pricy so we buy the generic but this stuff is bomb. It handles rashes really well and it soothes instantly. Would recommend to a friend!

Best product for a diaper rash! Makes your baby skin go to normal in only one use and the best it super easy to clean after.
