I don’t like how it smells but it’s diaper rash cream. It’s affordable and will clear up the rash if it isn’t yeasty.

To get rid of diaper rash you really need to use desitin. If you use it during three diaper changes the rash will be gone by the end of the night.

This works great! But I struggle with the smell of it! But I bear through it because I know it will help. This stuff really helps clear them up.
