Destin is amazing for when you have a rash yes it’s affordable I highly recommend. No need to improve

I kept this in mass quantity, I used it the entire time my son was in diapers almost. It was the only thing that worked!!

Desitin works great.  I applied it to my grandsons rash and it was gone the next morning. The cream was thick and covered the rash really good
