I absolutely love this stuff! My daughter will have a rash and if I put this on her at night, by the morning the rash is gone

Desatin is a go to in my house. Little butt rashes are no good and this product really heals it. I recommend this product

It is best for diaper rash. I even use it two times when I change my baby‚Äôs diaper to prevent the rash and it works great. 

This is my go to for any type of friction rash. It's great for overnight wear or just to help with friction during the day. 

I love the maximum strength. My kids have never had diaper rash due to this formulation. Please bring it back. The smaller tubes aren't enough.
