This stuff is great for a rash! You can use it one time and if the area is kept dry for a hour or so it will be almost completely cleared up.

I don’t know when she started getting red and bumpy down there but when I started using it it calmed down the redness.

I use this as more a precautionary measure, I find it to be helpful and if used on a continuous basis you can avoid diaper rashes.
