One of the best creams out there for rashes ! When my daughter had a rash I put this on her and the next day she’s perfectly fine :) also a little goes a long way so a can of this will last you a couple of months it’s honestly so worth it!

Always my go to for diaper rashes, works wonders and does not irritate the skin. Honestly a great product that can be found everywhere and doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

Desitin is a good butt paste for your baby. I used this on my son about ten times over the last 17 months. It helped clear his rash in a day and it helped soothe it as well. Definitely a great product and would buy again.

Desitin works wonders on my son's diaper rashes. I literally would not use anything else for them. It'll clear it to completely within a couple of days.

Desitin has been and always will be my go to diaper cream. It is effective for minor to more severe diaper rashes. When applied I notice a difference by the next diaper change. It is affordable and works great!

We've been using Desitin since we were introduced to it by our childhood nurse three and a half years ago. It's the only thing that works on nappy rash - we pop it on at the first sign and it's gone within a day or two. 

This works for my baby's diaper rash, until she starts teething and then it's hard to keep ahead of it. I find myself buying the regular Destin though due to price and its equally effective .
