Rash will go away within 3 weeks with purple lable. It doesnt smell ghe best. It is good to have on hand for rashes of any type. My kids never got worse when useing this.

Always used this because of the zinc content. Sometimes mixed it with squalor n worked wonders in quickly healing rash.I have faith in this brand. Keeps my toddler happy. Price wise ok.

Good enough to protect baby's delicate skin in between diaper changes. It comes in a big jar as well for use at home, but the small tube is great to throw into your diaper bag for diaper changes on the go!

Used this on the kids when a diaper rash just wouldnt seem to go away and nothing else seemed to help. It worked wonders! I have always used Desitin on the kids since my first child was born. It is very affordable and I highly recommend it. 

This usually cleared up any rash pretty quickly. It didn’t seem to bother my baby unlike some other creams we have tried. His skin is very sensitive and this still worked good for him.

I love the desitin maximum strength cream. My little ones can sometimes have a diaper rash pop up out of no where so this extra strength cream works wonders. I don't like my little one feeling pain or discomfort so this cream is wonderful.

Desitin is my go to product when my daughter has diaper rash. It always clears it up quick and I usually only have to apply it once! The formula is thick and not greasy like so others I have tried. I recommend this product!!
