Love desitin. My daughter used this when she was a preemie, it helped to clear any rash within a couple hours. Have used with both of my children. Once the start of a rash begins, a little of this applied, and the next day the rash is gone.

Desitin works great on babies, little bottom. A thick paste helps keep urine away from babies bottom. The tube it comes 8n makes it easy to put in needed area with out wasting.

My daughter hasn’t had many diaper rashes (fortunately!), but I have used this a few times. It seems like it provides cooling relief, and the rash clears up within a day or two. Haven’t had any issues using it with cloth diapers either.

We use maximum strength when her rashes are out of control and even a bath doesnt make her feel comfortable. We will never use another kind of diaper rash cream. You can tell that it works so fast on her and tell the relief on her little face
