The 16oz maximum strength tub is the only one that works for severe rashes. The maximum strength tubes are too watery and don’t provide the same layer of protection the thicker tub cream provides.

My son doesn’t get diaper rashes but sometimes when he’s REALLY sick and has bad diarrhea he’ll get rashes and this helps so much in the healing process. I keep one with me in my diaper bag and one in our home in case of an emergency.

Works for minor diaper rashes and not as hard to wash off your hands after using which is a plus! If there’s a tough diaper rash I think something stronger can be needed (in my experience) but overall a good product.

Love desitin. My daughter used this when she was a preemie, it helped to clear any rash within a couple hours. Have used with both of my children. Once the start of a rash begins, a little of this applied, and the next day the rash is gone.
