Seems to be the best over the counter diaper rash cream. This is my go to brand and has been for years. I believe it has to do with the high zinc content.

This thing is great for fast healing when it comes to diaper rash. It is a bit messy and thicj but does the job and protects against diaper rash. It is effective and its a must have if you have a little one in diapers

We use Desitin for the everyday diaper rash or even if theyre bottom is getting a little red. Clears right up! Usually right over night. Dont even use and other creams this is always our go to.

I was fan of how fast and great this worked. I just didn’t like the tube. Very thick and smooth paste. It ran out super fast so I opted for an all natural multipurpose ointment. Works great and it’s not as thick or messy.

I cant rave enough about this product...I've used this on all of my kids including the now 3 month old. With every diaper change I apply none of them have ever had a rash!

This heals your baby so fast. It doesn't repel water, but it again just heals them so fast. If they fixed it and it repelled better is then this product would be perfect.
