This was the best and fastest acting diaper cream if all for a butt rash. Used on my son as a baby and keep on hand to use as needed for adults as well.

Within 24 hours of applying this, even on my sensitive skin baby, the rash is clear (on mild rashes). Severe rashes take extra time but does not seem to cause any additional pain. Highly recommend.

For my second born this brand is the only brand that would take away his diaper rash ! It gave him relief within a day . I seriously recommend this product it works super fast . Oddly enough I think it even has a good smell to it lol

This was my favorite diaper rash treatment. I could put a little on and by the next diaper change most of the irritation was gone. This was by far the best one that worked for me and my baby. Very affordable and the tube lasts a long time.

The ONLY thing that has ever treated diaper rash. I've literally used creams that are hospital strength and none of them compare to this product. Definitely will never use another cream!

Great for stubborn rashes or severe ones. My daughter had horrible diaper rash with teething. This is nice and thick and seems to soothe right away. Compared to a store brand, this spreads better. Satisfied overall and continue to purchase. 

Great product. Helps my kids rashes quickly. It is very effective. And the price is good. There is nothing I would do to improve this product. I would Definitely recommended this product and I will be buying again

This by far is the best rash ointment I’ve used. Works almost instantly on rashes. After first application my baby felt a lot bette and the rash started to vanish. It’s easy to apply and it last a long time

Been using desitin in for years, from my kids to our grand kids. Stuff works great for diaper rashes and just to put a barrier from wetness.. nice creamy texture. Spreads easy and all.
