I thought it worked very well for taking care of the rash. I was weary because im always afraid of something making a rash worse but it didn't. I wouldn't do anything to improve. I've used aquaphor with similar results.

The only diaper cream that we could use! Not only was it effective but it was affordable! It would clear up a diaper rash within a day or two and was literally like a hero when my little ones would get a diaper rash!

My preemie got a terrible rash from both of the name brands who sell preemie diapers in stores. This cleared it right up and helped prevent it. We still use it once in awhile if she gets a random rash. Would definitely recommend!

Works wonders on diaper rash! Reduces redness, calms the rash, and soothes any diaper rash related pain. I do enjoy the big container better than the tube, but both work the same and I am not a picky gal! 100% satisfaction here!

Provides relief within 1-3 uses. Wish it were a lighter paste, it is very heavy, and gets everywhere. Not a fan of the smell, but the product does work.

My son has had 3 diaper rashes in his 4 months, and the second I see one appearing I use Desitin and it clears right up. Pretty good price, and totally worth buying.

I don't use anything else if I can help it! Many other rash creams i have used on my son either don't work or it's a week before seeing any results, but Desitin starts working in less than 24 hours.
