This is the best bum cream I have ever used! My children get super terrible bum rashes and desitin has been the only thing that has helped. The extra strength is awesome for the really bad rashes.

Love this cream because it doesn't have a smell and isn't too thick. Got rid of a tiny rash before it could get started. Love the squeeze bottle instead of a tub.

This is the ONLY thing I've ever used for severe diaper rash. It cleared up anything that my daughter's little booty threw at it, and if you have a baby, you know what can happen!

It applies well. Doesnt seem to bother my child when used. It seems to relieve and diminish the problem area. A little less thick would be my only improvement but great so far.

Used this on my kids and grandkids. The best cream ever to clear up a rash and it isn't expensive. Lasts long time, texture is smooth and thick for complete coverage. Comes in a small box. Unscented I believe it's what I used.

This stuff is thick and makes a really nice barrier. I know I’m in the minority but I love the smell of desitin. I’ve never had a chance to try this on a ‘bad’ rash but it gets rid of redness almost instantly.
