Didnt need to use this product enough for me to notice a difference between the original and this one. My baby didnt get rashes very often. The product worked and that's what matters. 

This is a nice thick formula for the boys they have never really had a diaper rash but I do put it on after they’ve had a poopy diaper and after their baths and have yet to have one so this works well for preventing diaper rashes as well

No other brand is this good... period! I have no problem with rashes or skin problems in diaper are because this product. This is something you must get for you baby. There is no CONS for this product at all. Great price, 100% satisfied. 

I dont give 5 stars often but this has been tried and true over the years. I've used this as my go to for my children or any of the children in my care in need of diaper rash ointment.

I really like this Desitin because it really takes care of my baby's baby rash it is the best product out there for baby rashes and it works great it takes away my baby's rash

This is the only paste I have used for my child, and it works! Provides comfort and relief, and I’ve never had the need to try anything else. No terrible odors or overwhelming chemical smells, and the price is very affordable!

Other than Resinol this is the most effective diaper rash treatment I’ve found. It works fast and gives baby so much relief. It’s a great value and doesn’t smell terrible either.

I love this cream! My son and daughter would both get these OUTRAGEOUS diaper rashes at random and I tried literally everything! This was the only product I could fund that eliminates them quickly.

I use this every night before bed since my daughter sleeps roughly 8 hours straight. It definitely helps to prevent rashes, or if she has a rash I will use this and it will be gone within a couple of hours

This stuff works well! I’ve noticed that if I notice a rash coming on I can put this on and it eliminates it completely from happening. It also is soothing and baby seems so much happier after it’s been applied.
