Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste is amazing ! It work’s wonderful! I used this product on both my kids and it would work really good.

Better than aquaphor for those bad red and sore diaper rashes. Yes it’s a bit harder to clean and much thicker but the zinc oxide that is not available in aquaphor seriously makes this product the best of all time. Currently using for diaper rash.

This creme never fails me I have used it for all 3 of my children. The rash usually subsides within 48 hours. After putting it on my kids they always felt a lot more comfortable.

This is the only diaper rash cream that has worked the best for both of my kids. It’s thick and gets the job done. We use a diaper cream stick to put it on, much easier than trying to wash it off your hand after.

Desitin is my number one recommendation to new parents. We tried so many different diaper rash creams and this trumps them all. My daughter's diaper rash has always greatly diminished after one application.

The babe goes to the sitter all day and this is one of the products always in her bag. Happy sitter, happy baby, happy mama. On the rare occasion we get a rash. It’s gone by the next diapering.

Definitely helps with her diaper rash especially since my baby sleeps through the night now and her rash will be cleared up within the next couple days of using it and helps her stay dry really good

Works very well for sore tushies! I also very much love the smell of it! It applies very smoothly and is easy to wipe off! I use this regularly to prevent rashes on my little one. I would highly reccomend this product to others for their children!
