As a mom and pediatric rn, desitin is my go to cream for diaper rash and diaper rash prevention. I usually load it on before bed and my babies never get rashes.

Great prodtuct and a little goes a long way. I dont find my self running out of this product at a fast rate. It still does its job even when very little product is used.
