A longstanding brand for diaper rash cream. Very thick and coating to help soothe the baby. Seems to get the job done. Inexpensive and easy to find too.

This diaper product is extremely good, I have used it too much with my two babies and it takes away the diaper and any irritation they have very quickly, I really love it and I recommend it, its price is very good and its packaging is striking.

The best at treating diaper rash!! My son has had a few pretty raw and painful diaper rashes and slathering this on his butt and covering it with baby powder really clears it up in a matter of days!

Great stuff for when your baby has a serious diaper rash. This is really heavy duty and works like magic for serious diaper rash. I really like that you can see it work after one diaper change.

Love desitin! The original cream is also good but I absolutely love the maximum strength cream, I normally only have to apply 1 time and the rash is gone. Only brand of diaper rash cream I use.

We love desitin. It always gets rid of any diaper rash or irritation that my little one has. A lot of people are against desitin and would rather have a “natural” product. But we love it. I overall recommend.

This did the job to help treat and prevent diaper rash! Our rashes usually went away in a day or two! Easy to put on and was thick enough to act as a barrier but not irritate the skin more!
