This is the only thing that clears up my babies' rashes. Ive done a LOT of research with 4 kids, and this is the highest concentration of zinc you can buy on store shelves.

This was a great cream.  super easy to use and instantly helped with the irritation and redness.  I would use this and the Aquaphor together and the next day the rash would be gone.  Life saver!

This product never disappoints or use the maximum strength when they have a diaper rash, and I also use the regular one on a daily basis just to avoid diaper rash, but highly recommend

My baby had a very bad rash, i applied this on him and i was amazed at how quick it healed it. My baby was no longer crying like crazy when it was diaper changing time. It is good for adult use too. Works real fast.

I bought this after my first child and have always had this in my bathroom since. Whenever we get a diaper rash.. on goes the desitin! It always works and would recommend it to any parent just starting out to always have it on hand

This cream works amazing. She poops a lot more since she started eating babyfood and it would sometimes cause a small rash. We would put this on with every change until it cleared, which it did relatively quickly.

I love desiring for baby bottoms! Desiring coats and heals the skin preventing anymore rashes! No strong scent and soothes babies bottom so they are no longer uncomfortable

My son had a really bad rash and I bought the extra strength Desitin. It worked wonders! Within an 1 hour it cleared up 90% of his rash. I would definitely recommend this product for bad rashes.
