My favorite for my little one’s rashy bottom. It’s thick and creates a barrier that stays put. It definitely has a distinctive scent that is strong, but I actually like it! A little goes a long way so a tube of this lasts for a while and I only use it when I start to notice some redness

We use to buy the regular strength which worked well but this extra strength is exactly what it says, extra strength. It stays on longer because it's such a thick paste. Even wiping it off can be hard sometimes. I have 2 babies in diapers and they don't get diaper rash often but when they do, we always lather a little of this on with every diaper change and there bums are all healed very quick.

We were out and about and forgot to pack our diaper rash cream, this was the only one available and it did NOT disappoint. We got this at the pharmacy and boy did it take on that diaper rash. Baby was relieved and as a result, so were we. Great product. 

This is my go to for diaper rash creams. My son has sensitive skin its the only thing that actually works and gives instant relief to my poor baby's bottom. Plus the diaper rash starts to heal noticeably by the next diaper change. Other brands don't even come close. I will always use Desitin products. Nothing will defer me from from that choice as each time it has failed to yield the results as i get from Destin.

They started making those LUVs diapers differently, and my babys butt was getting eaten up so fast! He was hurtin so much, and this cream helped him right away, putting that barrier between his lip raw cheeks and the diaper. And within a day and a few applications, they were healed. I'm grateful it helps so quickly.

This is one of our go-tos for our baby who gets horrible diaper rash after every poop! It is thick and seems to last nearly all night! It soothes her poor, painful skin and helps with healing. It is a bit over priced but works so well! I highly recommend!

I bought a huge tub of this same Desitin for my son when he was 6 months old. He's a year old now and I still have about half of it left! My son had some pretty gnarly rashing when I had originally bought it and after a couple uses, he was completely healed up. I still use it here and there to keep rashes away. I've used two other name brand creams and a store brand diaper rash cream or two, but nothing touched the effectiveness of the Desitin. Absolutely worth the money, 10/10.

The best diaper rash cream we’ve experienced. Instant relief to any of my baby’s diaper rashes in the past. It contains zinc in it to numb area which is extremely helpful. It’s what my mom used when we were kids so I know it’s also had a long time good reputation.

This is a must have for your baby supply! I don't know what is in this thing, but it works miracle for my daughter's rashes! Not sure how we would survive without this thing. Lol. Between the extra strength and the normal kind, we didn't notice the difference besides this one has a stronger "fishy" smell.

My little guy would get diaper rashes from eating fruit purees all the time, and we tried so many butt pastes that just didn't seem to help that well, someone suggested to try this one and it definitely is now my go to. It creates a barrier between the rash and diaper making it a bit more comfortable and bearable for my little man. It also seemed to heal the rash faster than most pastes out there.
