Desirin maximum strength paste is very good for diaper rash or just to apply it in general to keep baby skin from getting wet, the only downside size is that it's hard to remove , so you should only apply a small amount.

Life saving product. My son would often get diaper rashes when he was about 3 months and this product was the only thing that worked! It's quite messy if not applied with a ointment spatula.

I won’t be buying this product any longer because every time its the same thing. When I buy the cream I am looking to actually get 4oz of paste not air it very disappointing.

I have always loved this brand and this specific product. We’ve had success with diaper rash and preventing diaper rash using desitin. We will continue to use it too ! Highly effective.

I love the smell of it. You don't need a whole lot when using it. My kids feel instant relief when it's put on them. Just wish it wasn't so expensive for the bigger container or at least have a bigger tube.
