Works every time. I try to use it only when necessary but it's a must with kids. I have tried to use other more natural creams and they are just not effective.

Destin is honestly the only diaper rash cream I’ve used... why? Because it works and I’ve been very pleased with the 6+ years I’ve been using it on my kids.

This product has been around for years! Even Great for gift giving. This is a must have for all mommies to have . Very inexpensive and tube lasts a long time. Very effective

This worked, but it was slightly less thick than Boudreaux’s butt paste. For that reason, I’m giving it 4 stars. It does work well though and I think it is slightly less expensive than Boudreaux’s. So you get what you pay for.

This works so so well for our baby’s diaper rash. If it’s ever too bad of a rash, we see a drastic improvement even the next day. It works really well

My go to for diaper rash cream! I tried other creams on my son and he had a reaction to them. He has no reaction to this and it gets the job done fast. :)

This paste always cleared up any diaper rashes my babies had right away. If they were a little red and I applied it, the redness would go away within a day and their skin would be all healed up.

I use this as a preventative diaper paste during my baby’s last diaper change before bed. He has yet to get a rash or irritation and I believe that is because of Destin!

This diaper cream is a must have at all times. I use this often for my baby. Whether he has a diaper rash or he was going poop at night I would apply a thin layer to add protection to his skin. Wakes up a happy baby!
