It's a great product for what it was designed to do, it really does help prevent diaper rashes. I've never used it after a diaper rash was present. It's not sticky, cleans up easily, you can find it anywhere and it's affordable. 

This specific desitin is so magical! Put it on a diaper rash and less than 8-12 hours later, the rash diminishes by like 85%. I can’t live without this stuff!

Love this product. It works even better then the original. It clears up diaper rash pretty quickly. It us thick so you don't need to use much. It also last through multiple diaper changes.  I would recommend this product.

I absolutely love this product.!!! My daughter had a really awful diaper rash once and this cream worked like a charm.! It literally took all her pain and redness away overnight
