This rash cream always works great! It's definitely my go to brand anytime my son has diaper rash! It applies smoothly and works quickly! I always recommend it to new mom's and I often give it as a baby shower gift as well! Absolutely a great product!

We have tried every diaper cream possible, and I really do mean that. This is the only diaper cream that actually worked when my kiddo got a massive diaper rash (diet related) and nothing was helping to get rid of it. We used butt paste, triple paste, Vaseline, aquaphor, A&D… and desitin was the only cream that would actually get rid of the rash. You can definitely smell it when it's on. I think the name brand can be a little pricey, particularly the tub, but in my opinion, for my kiddo, it's worth it.

I have survived my twins' first three years of life partly because of the big tubs of maximum strength desitin. I love it and think it's such a great product however I have been so bummed that it is impossible to find now in the big containers. I go through the little tubes so fast and it's such a pain to open and close the top when your kid is squirming around. I have gotten the regular strength tubs since I haven't been able to find the maximum strength but don't find it to be very effective as it is not thick like the maximum strength and don't feel it really makes diaper rash much better or prevents it as well. Now with a new baby at home I'm really hoping the tubs of maximum strength are brought back!! Thank you!

Love this product ive tried many others on my daughters stubborn rash and this is the only one that actually improved her rash and kept it away. Usually she fights diaper changes and she doesnt when we use this. Goes on smooth and simple, clean up is no different then any other cream. Cost is great

Since My Sons has been born, he has dealt with extreme diaper rashes. This cream has helped to prevent his diaper rashes from getting extreme or out of control. It's a decently thick pace that goes on and melts right into the skin. Doesn't irritate My Sons skin either and he has sensitive skin as it is. The smell is honestly not all that bad compared to other creams !

I love love this product. When my baby has had diaper rashes this takes it away within hours of applying. And a little goes a long way and it lasts forever. Destin Maximum Strength is my go to. He doesn’t get them often but I am always prepared just in case he does.

Every once in awhile my daughter will break out in a diaper rash and this is the only thing I can put on her! She is allergic to everything else. Since I don't have an option to buy anything else I was praying that this would work wonders and was not disappointed. It cleared up her diaper rash in no time and immediately relieved some of her pain. I recommend this brand to anyone because I was very impressed with it myself.

Desitin is one of those products that withstands the test of time. It heals quickly, but it is messy. It's not easy to put on your child when they are moving a lot. It lasts a long time and you really only need to buy one tube a year, so it isn't expensive for what it does. 

The best for bad diaper rashes! When my daughter is teething this is our go too and the rash is almost gone overnight! There's a ton of brands on the market now, but why mess with a classic! I've used this with both girls and it's never let me down. 

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both if my boys had food intolerances which led to TERRIBLE diaper rashes. This is the ONLY thing that healed them without making it hurt worse! Other creams would burn them, but this actually soothed and healed the bleeding rash in very minimal time!
