Works as should paste is thick so you don't need much relief from chaffing as soon as applied to area still have a lot left over due to product working well it is affordable which is good for my pockets I'm satisfied with product

I only use this one when the kids get really bad rash. Specially if they went swimming and the swimming diapers gives them a rash. This cream is almost waterproof. Its soo good, works fast, and lasts on for a while. Recommend for bad rash.

Desitin maximum strength is the only thing that will work on my baby to protect against diaper rash. I've tried several other brands and products but none of them work as well as this one.

We love destin in our household, usually diaper rashes are cleared up within one to two applications. Destin is very affordable, they only way I would improve this product if offer a clear version. Overall one of my favorite rash creams.

I love this product it clears up diaper rash in no time but why would you discontinue the 16 oz tube of maximum strength?? That was not the smartest move.

Thick and has a mild smell to it. Goes on well, cleans off easy. Clears and prevents diaper rash within a couple of uses. One of the best ones ive used!
