We use maximum strength when her rashes are out of control and even a bath doesnt make her feel comfortable. We will never use another kind of diaper rash cream. You can tell that it works so fast on her and tell the relief on her little face

This coupled with my son baby Johnson baby powder healed my son diapers rash with in 2 day it more than meet my expectations. No nothing to improve on this product. He did because it soothed him when using it. Other than this product is amazing.

Works well. It does what it's supposed to. With this one I would have to reapply every diaper change. But it stays well. Not watery. Stays where you put it. More affordable than other brands.

Love it!! My pediatrician said when using it to ONLY use that while they’re “red” no Vaseline just Desitin till the redness subsides! This and warm baths sometimes with a dash of baking soda if it’s bad!

Very good diaper rash cram this one is better than the blue one if the rash is very bad since it only takes a few times to use before the rash disappears so it’s very very good

Swear Desitin for diaper rash. Seriously clears everything up by the next diaper change. At least for mild cases. I’ve been luck that my son hasn’t had any horrible rashes.

This is a great product to cure any diaper rash. I have used it on both of my girls and it always gets the redness gone. It’s thick so it doesn’t absorb into the diaper. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and buy it again
